  1. Don't fool yourselves. Been attending concerts for as long as I can remember and before I was 1 meter tall, and I have lived and noticed the turning point: concert crowds became boring exactly when saying you were there became more important than enjoying being there. The social media paranoia&delusion of sharing, sharing, sharing and getting the instant&useless gratification of "likes" prevents people from enjoying themselves like they did before this whole issue arised in the late 00s.
  2. Hey I was going nuts during those songs, check out Edges side and people around were too. But I agree there are many duds in todays crowd.

    Its a sad but true fact today concert goer is either a fan of the band or a dare I say it .... A TRENDY and what I mean by that is they just want to look good in front of thier mates buy up tickets which real fans want and turn up talk rubbish the whole time the band are on stage while texting anyone who thinks their great .... rant over?
  6. It depends on the artist, at Noel Gallagher and The Killers the crowd was pretty dead but at Green Day everyone was jumping and going crazy, almost no phones
  7. I had people look at me like I was crazy because I was jumping around and going crazy in Tulsa.
  8. Luckily, crowd participation is not a competitive sport at the Olympics.

  10. I’ve been a round for a long long time and I’m with you guys but every concert or festival you now get these trendy’s I will be crossing the pond nexted month for Washington gig with her in doors and I and er will be giving it wellie even in the seats ? the Egde rocks ..!
