    Bring back Wild Horses, ditch 13 altogether and put some rocker in there and it improves massively.

  4. I’m happy with the encore, even if they add wild horses back in i think it would be better suited somewhere else. I was surprised they went with 13, thought they might just end with love is bigger but now that 13 is in there I want it to stay. I wouldn’t say no to zoo station or the Fly opening the encore right enough but don’t see that with the PA song that currently is played before one.
  5. Finally got to give a proper listen to this new live version of You're The Worst Thing About Me. What a terrible arrangement, what on Earth are they thinking?! I could understand the acoustic version last year since it was like a small SOE bonus/teaser on the JT30 tour, but now? **triple facepalm**

    It’s dreadful and actually makes me feel like this song should of been a b side. It seems they’ll never get this song right and they refuse to give up on it. 2 different mixes from the start Plus all these acoustic mixes......
  7. Why isn't anyone talking about Larry's incredible drumming on 13. Sure it was recorded at the bottom of the ocean but it sounds great.

    It's awful.
    It was one of the 3 songs from SOE I was looking forward the most, they are not even playing the other two. And now I'd like them to play something else instead of it.
    That arrangement does not do the song justice
  9. I just wish they'd do more 90s in the rotational slots. Like, instead of New Years Day and Gloria (both phenomenal songs), play literally anything that isn't from the 80s.

    Come on, thats a bit overreacting, it's just not the right version, I like it after Arcobat. But come on, it's not awful.

    Don't like the arrangement either..I would like to see Best Thing and Every Breaking Wave full-band tho.. visuals for EBW could be awesome on the big screen
  12. I think the current version of Best Thing is the best one. I didn’t like the previous acoustic attempts because bono sung the verses far too low but maybe they’ve changed the key, it sounds better now anyway. I think it really works after acrobat but to be fair they could also go straight into acoustic SATS after acrobat and play full electric best thing after lights of home and that would work I think. It’s not a big deal to me because Best Thing isn’t one of my favourites.
