    When Panama scored, no one in the stadium thought it was a big deal, but it can be the difference between 1st or 2nd place. I don't know why England didn't push for another goal.

    I think 2nd would be more favourable for England though so maybe it’s better they didn’t push for another goal. They might need to get a few players booked against Belgium though so they finish behind them in fair play standings. I guess we won’t know for sure until we see how the other groups finish up which England and Belgium will have the luxury of finding out before they play.
