Experience and Innocence tour
Legs (3): Promo tour, Leg 1: North America, Leg 2: Europe
Shows: 75
  1. Indoor vs. Outdoor is also an extremely different scenario - are there strict indoor curfews? The only outdoor ones are for noise / public parks.
  2. I know at the hydro in Scotland it’s a strict 11pm curfew. I think Madonna was cut off at that time if I’ve read reports right. I think it’s for transport issues and also maybe workers for the venue as opposed to u2’s own staff. I don’t really know around Europe but I’d imagine the rest of the uk isn’t too different for indoor shows.
  3. There’s curfews for public transport?

e.g London only has a Night Tube Friday and Saturday.
  4. Yeah I know the last train home for example from Glasgow to where I used to live is about 11.30pm so having an 11pm curfew in place for a show seems to fit in with the transport links theory.
  5. I hope they go outdoor and come back to the US since they didn’t bring the outdoor vertigo stage to America
  6. I seen something about it on Facebook although at that point nothing had been confirmed and I think the family were asking for privacy. It’s a real terrible story and horrible for the parents to lose there son so young, your thoughts go out to them. Such a shame nobody deserves that.
  7. This is very sad, I live in the DMV area, I didn't hear about this on the local news. Not much details on how he died but that doesn't really matter, some regular kid at the show didn't make it home.

I guess that is a good reason to have a cut off time, I know in D.C. a lot of the metro stations especially where the Arena is, last train out is 11:30 unless someone picks up the fees to stay open later like during Caps playoffs. If you miss it, what do you do if you live out in Virginia or Maryland ?

Very upsetting this young man - our fellow fan and brother won't see another show, I hope Bono says something at an upcoming show in his memory.

    R.I.P.

anyone know what time the boys will go on tonight/have been going on this tour? Excited for tonight!
  9. I think 8.30pm is a good guide, there’s been the odd show it’s been earlier I think but usually later if anything.
