  1. Mine too. Literally feels like a pit in my stomach. I am sure its just a short term thing, however hopefully some rest etc will get him back to normal, and I look forward to seeing them in Hamburg! But makes me appreciate what we have with this band - and 23 vs 25 songs isn't so important anymore.

  3. Hopefully we'll get an update soon. I can only assume that they took him to the hospital to get him checked out. It isn't that hard to get a specialist called in.
  5. Ah jeez, this is just terrible. I feel so bad for the B-Man, and especially for everyone who went out for the show. Hopefully, he'll back in fine form in a couple of days.

    One positive thing is... it's really great to hear so many fans' voices belting out a new U2 song in the RFD video. This song is instant classic.

    Most important thing is Bono’s health.

  10. There were a lot of Italian fans and some Spanish ppl in the queue for the GA.
    I was probably the only Greek one..
    It's a pity for us but some things are more important than a trip..

    Kudos to all the people in the stadium that didn't complain about the cancelation... We all left peacefully
  11. woke up in my hotel room this morning, still haven't grasped it... all the best for our bman, he sounded heartbroken.
  12. I was also there last night and was really enjoying the show. I was surrounded by really nice people and I had this feeling that it was going to be a really special night. And then it happened. Bono couldn't sing anymore and let the audience sing for him. By the end of RFD and BD he looked not only disappointed but mostly anxious and scared. Looking at his mates, looking for help. I was really painful to watch
    The response from the audience was just amazing. Nobody complained. They were all very supportive the whole time. I guess we all knew, by how bad Bono looked that this was something serious and we were all hoping for the best.
    I left the venue sad but I also left with a smile. Like every other around me. Proud to be a part of the U2 family.
    I hope Bono gets well soon
