In the app store app is no option to change the country. I can only log into the website of the app store but here I can't download apps.
So I don't know how to get the Ticketek app, but if it does not work proper, I don't need it anyway.
The TM is is the one that can be downloaded in the app store, for the German region? I'm using the same login date here and for the Australian TM store.

Yes I had no problems with entering the German address

Just did that for the Ticketmaster US App we need next week.
You cant't load foreign tickets with the german TM App.
