  4. Tel Aviv (the full concert) is not a broadcast. I think a couple of songs were broadcast but not the whole show. The full recording is a monitor/board feed.
  5. Yeah, it's pretty amazing they can keep their place in line, by checking-in from the US, Europe & elsewhere

  7. Metallica have just cancelled their entire Australia and New Zealand tour due to James Hetfield's health and addiction problems. Awful news for the band and their fans.

    From a U2 perspective though I think this will probably help ticket sales as there will be people out there that might have only been able to afford one big show and had already already got Metallica tickets when U2 announced their tour.

    Yes I know there isn't a huge crossover musically between the two bands but there will be some who like both. I am sorry for anyone who will be missing out because of this. :-(

  9. And the Mt Smart Stadium in Auckland is a couple of days more available for U2. In case they do want to do a long run of rehearsals.

    Wow that's quite shocking actually. I feel so sorry for James, for the band and for the fans. Sad news
