  1. Think it was the issue that I was lucky to avoid where she’s changed the address on her account info page but the dispatch address was still her old one since she moved after making the order. I had emailed them when I moved house in March because I suspected something like that could happen, if I hadn’t emailed I would probably have had the same issue then again I might have received it quicker that way if I had phoned them when noticing the error (which she did) but the call would have cost a fortune.
