Originally posted by podiumboy:So I have somewhat of a first world problem with this. I just purchased a new vehicle 3 months ago, and it came with a free xm trial. That trial is about to expire, and I wasn’t really planning on subscribing. I like XM, but it doesn’t really seem worth it to pay for it when I also pay for Apple Music and use that as my main source of music listening from my phone. Now I’m on the fence. There’s a lot I like about XM, and it gets me to listen to things I normally may not ever hear. Most of the time on Apple Music I just listen to the bands/albums I already know I like.
Do you guys think this station will actually have interest content, or will it just be the same U2 songs I can listen to anytime I want in other ways? FIRST WORLD PROBLEMS!!!
Ps- those Japanese fans were probably wondering WTF was going on lol

Okay, a legitimate question among all of the noise. If the U2 station is anything like Pearl Jam, I think it will be good. I personally won't be getting it because there isn't much else on the programming there to draw me to pay $15 a month - that and single income, 2 kids, and a stay-at-home mom, every penny countsIf you are able to swing it, I would say take the plunge for a 6 month trial and give it a go. You never know right? Again, looking at the PJ model, it could be cool.
