  2. Listened to a JT17 IEM. The click track made it sound like Larry was tapping sticks during the intro of Streets

    Looking forward to watching the ZooTV Sydney for the first time in years. I haven’t had a DVD player in the house for years so taking advantage over Christmas. A shame there’s no blu ray.

  4. Haven't had any physical media devices around. I'm a full time Chromebook user. I've just got an xbox for a bit and it has a blu ray/dvd drive so I'll be using that for Sydney.

Def leppard/ Motley Crue/Poison/Joan Jett US stadium tour shifted 700k tickets in it's opening weekend which is promoted by Live Nation, will we see more of these sort of tours by established acts going forward as it shifts more tickets and you get faster sell outs ,if U2 were to do a co headline tour I'd nominate Pearl jam, Aerosmith ,The Cure or Depeche mode alongside Noel Gallagher for the opening act..

    And all those bands you mention to co-headline also do fine on their own.

Don't know about that I can't see U2 embarking on another solo US stadium tour particularly if it's to promote a new album and this could be a better way forward if they wanna play stadium shows in the US and I'm sure Live Nation would float the idea to them as they did with TJT tour (I don't think the band came up with that idea as they never wanted to become a nostalgia act) with the Def Leppard/Motley Crue tour selling so many tickets in it's opening weekend it will be something we will see a lot more of in the future.

    They toured SOI in 2015 after no shows in nearly 4 years in the US, playing 8 times in NYC, etc. They could easily just convert those arenas to stadiums. In the major markets. There is just a saturation in the market now since they played in the country 2015, 2017 and 2018.

    Besides I think a co-headlining tour would be even worse for the image of the band than JT17/19. It would look bad.
