1. What main stations is this broadcast on, in any country?
  2. I don't know, probably none... I was just saying that prime time only makes sense on a primary station... otherwise primetime just means 'heavy competition'..
  3. In Japan, it was on the second NHK satellite channel but it was on at 00:30-01:45.
  4. They covered up Bono’s mistake at the start of gooyow. I remember him messing up the first lyrics pretty bad last year
  5. I was there as well and agree with this entirely. There was some magic in the air, and I’m not sure the TV broadcast captured it entirely.

    - The audience is mixed too low. This could be because of low res and perhaps it will sound differently when we get the blu ray release and a 5.1 mix. It was a loud audience, for sure, and the atmosphere was quite special (have seen them a lot of times, Slane, Zoo TV, Amsterdam E+I etc, but this one was special)!
    - The band is playing REALLY good. Just enjoy them at the top of their game. For an instance, I usually get bored with City of blinding lights - but this version is something extraordinary. Something happens with them towards the end of the song... Don't know what, but they just go off...
    - It is very satisfying to see and hear old songs such as New Years Day, Pride and One sound fresh and rejuvenated. But if you ask me, Love is. bigger is the highlight of the show. So much emotions... It made me cry then, it makes me cry now.

So for now, enjoy this, but judgement will be passed when we get the full release. And that one will include Dirty Day... ?

that's what I said the last time regarding the directing of this concert! Hamish Hamlilton has known the group for years, he knows how to bring this magic to the conert, unlike matt askem he posed the cameras then he waited for the magic to come to him,it doesn't work like that with u2 !
  7. Hamish is the last person to catch the magic, sorry... he is great at catching unfocused shots a lot of them...

I rewatched a bit of Paris 2015 and I like that much more than this one. Also because its more bright and you see more crowd.

I really like Paris 2015! much more light and details !!!
the impression that he filming the concert with 100 cameras, there are so many details! and the editing is much richer and more dynamic!

That's something too indeed. It feels like Paris was much better captured than with 3 camera's.
