  4. I thought they were shooting some US shows of 2018 and then they decided to film Berlin after that Bono's malfunction on Berlin 2... So they should have another one movie in the shelves..

    Washington was filmed but they weren’t happy with it because of the similarities to 2015 apparently. JT could possibly get a commercial dvd release this year, maybe they don’t feel it’s worth marketing 2 in the same year to the general public.

    Not quite how I worded it but the point was they didn’t want the innocence section in the release.

  7. I was someone who defended the shows with the innocence section and I still would to a degree but there’s no doubt about it that from Copenhagen 2 onwards the tour improved. I wish they could have found a way to include 3 or 4 of the innocence songs as well as the Berlin suite though. I think it was doable but I’m not going to complain at 6 from AB and 2 from Zooropa as well as 7 from the new album and some decent reworks of songs too.

    On another note - I really hope the JT DVD is sort of a half-documentary/half concert video.

    All I want with the JT dvd is each song performance from the album uninterrupted. Ideally the whole album from start to finish just no talking over the song or cutting away from the song would be fine. I don’t want to get a minute into mothers or OTH to hear bono or edge talk about what inspired the song etc.
