    So, can You describe the sound in this DVD ? Is it mastered properly ? (Any comparision to Paris sound ?)
    And these, friggin 360p Is it watchable on big screen (with huge amount of darkness registered in camera)

  4. This mix is the same as the stream. It is mastered hotter than the stream. Paris was mastered much better and since it was in hi rez was technically better quality but 99% of people probably wouldn't notice. PCM track on the Berlin DVD is 24 bit 48kHz. Paris was 24 bit 96kHz. You would need very good equipment and ears to be able to notice any difference. But when ripping PCM tracks from each of the same song (Vertigo) the Berlin sounds louder since it is mastered hot (not a good thing for audiophiles or those sensitive to compression). To get even further detailed the Paris Show had a overall DR Value of 12 while the Berlin show has a overall DR Value of 8 (PCM tracks)

    I can't answer about the visuals and I have zero intention of watching it. I just wanted the DVD to rip the lossless PCM audio and replace the rip of the audio from the stream. There is no way it looks better than the stream and I don't even own a DVD player aside from my PC disc drive which is not hooked up to my big TV.

    Glad that sound difference beetwen them is not giant.
  6. It sounds very good. The mix is great. And the 5.1 track is mastered nicely. PCM while a little hot still sounds good.

    So yes it is 480p.
