They were both property of the same market group Pretty stupid, they were throwing stones at their own roof It was banned shortly later though, when the anti-Unfair Comp. laws started to be severly applied (around 2002 or so, when our national phone company was privatized).
  2. Where Samsung have been a bit cheeky with the ad is by bulking up their list with some device specific bits and bobs. The iPhone list could have been fleshed out with minor details like wireless syncing, icloud, more accessories, quicker updates, more content etc. Samsung have fleshed their list out with not a lot really.

Either way if you think specs are all to consider then you are a bit of a numpty. Buy whatever works best for you.

Me? Might get a 5 next summer when i'm due an upgrade. The 4 is starting to show its age. I just hope iOS6 doesn't cripple it.

  3. A staff member at Hackney Wick rail station in east London has left some tongue-in-cheek transport information for users of Apple's iPhone 5, which was launched on Friday.

Ben Mathis posted the snap of his self-authored rail update on Twitter after many users of the new iPhone reported problems with Apple's map service.

  4. That pic if his is everywhere. Good lad himself.
  5. My 4 seems to be coping with iOs 6 ok. Haven't noticed a huge difference really other than a few subtle scrub ups in the mail and music apps.
  6. Love the new dark skin in the stores and music app
  7. Mountain Lion has, however, rejuvenated my late-2008 MacBook. It's flying again. Seriously good OS Update for £14. Bargain.

Downside is I had to upgrade Office as my 2004 edition was no longer supported. Bummer.
  8. The new iPhone is light though, really strange when you hold it in your hands for the first time. Was going for the white one but the back of that one looks really cheap with that aluminium strip. Back to black then
  9. Just bought myself a Nexus 7. Well worth the £199.

  10. I'm ordering mine on Thursday. I hear that they're going to be replacing it with an updated model before Christmas, but fuck it, it's good enough already.
