    If they include Red Flag Day it'll be a nice opportunity to spin it at 45 rpm and make the song proper justice
  2. U2com are such greedy bastards. While on tour, they give out crap gifts because they know fans will be subscribing anyway. And now the band is supposedly stopping for some time, and therefore many fans would consider de-subscribing, they announce a great gift. Oh well.
  3. Finally U2.com understand what most U2 fans want as a gift. Live music!!
    Lets hope for all the songs played during both tours.

    Agree, I acutally wanted to abandon my second account for the next tourless years, but with this gift, I will renew both. I'm not much interested in the discs, but the book that comes with them. For music, the downloads would be enough for me.

    My last gifts were the Vinys from TJT, which I really enjoyed.
    But I've always preferred good quality bootlegs and multicams (Made with love and dedication by the fans) than these annual giveaways.

    Agree for 50%. During tour years early access is worth the subscription alone though
  10. True story from 11 days ago: I bought a GA (!) for Dublin4 (!!) while on the LUAS (Dublin's tram) on my way to the venue the afternoon of the show (!!!).
    (not to mention the countless tickets I got for friends on the weeks prior to the show)

    There's proof that presale is not needed at all to get tickets. You only need it if you don't want to stress
  11. Here’s my guess for the subscription gift songs not in a particular order. I’m pretty confident about the vast majority, maybe they’ll surprise us with more rarities or even if they made some rarities downloads not on the cd I’d be happy enough.
