(not to mention the countless tickets I got for friends on the weeks prior to the show)

There's proof that presale is not needed at all to get tickets. You only need it if you don't want to stress
Dublin is one of the easiest shows to get GA tickets for though. Shows like Milan 3/4 or Amsterdam or Berlin 3 it was very hard to get GA's. Especially in countries where English is not the native language and you don't speak it.

There's shows and shows of course... but overall I won't be subscribing for my own tickets anymore. I've subscribed to get other people's tickets (with them paying the subs fee of course) since that's more stressful and involves more compromise than me and my computer, but that's all.

That being said, of course anyone is free to subscribe and kind of "guarantee" getting tickets for the show(s) they want

I did want to add Gloria, EBW, Bullet, Zooropa, Streets, Ordinary Love but there's no way it could fit on two CD's with that extra half hour in

I think they’ll go for one disc to represent one tour and one for the other as opposed to structuring into one show which you have done. My main feeling for this is the blackout and the miracle which both are already mentioned on u2.com only work as openers for me and I think the band will see it that way too, so each disc will be it’s own mini concert I believe. We’re pretty close in our song selections though.

    Agree 100%
  5. Says this when I clicked on the Renew Subscription.....
You cannot renew at this time.
Subscribers may only renew their U2.com subscription when the account is within 30 days from the expiration date.

Yeah I’ve got the same, I wouldn’t worry just wait until you are 30 days away, even though it says limited edition you will get a copy as long as you renew.
  7. Let's play the guessing (or wishing) game then

Mantaining the two central blocks of songs from each tour and keeping a reasonable number of songs per CD.

    03 - I Will Follow
    04 - Iris
    05 - Cedarwood Road

    07 - Sunday Bloody Sunday
    08 - Raised By Wolves
09 - Until The End Of The World
    10 - Invisible
    11 - The Crystal Ballroom
    12 - Every Breaking Wave

    CD2
    01 - The Blackout
    02 - Lights Of Home
    03 - Dirty Day
    04 - Zoo Station
    05 - The Fly
    06 - Stay
07 - Who's Gonna Ride Your Wild Horses
08 - You're The Best Thing About Me
    09 - Summer Of Love

I think they’ll put something else in instead of Crystal Ballroom, maybe Ordinary Love/Troubles or one of the warhorses that didn’t get played on E+I (I hope for Bullet - 2015 version was great). I’m hoping E+I gets Acrobat, maybe instead of Dirty Day??

And otherwise we can always start a queue ???
  10. Got a horrible feeling about the 2015 shows will be Paris.

Wasn't that the delay with the JT singles? People kept on subscribing for pre sale codes so they had to print more records too.

I'll bet this is pretty spot on, but I'm thinking One will be in too
