Not possible as they need to know how much they need to make. So they wait until most people had their chance to renew or subscribe, and then based on predicted orders they make them.
This is why the 2020 gift was so delayed, as they had to wait until after the tour sales for the gifts to be made (because many subscribed during the tour).
This is normal though, as it makes quite the difference to produce 10,000 items of something or 100,000.

There’s nothing stopping them having a music gift available for download though when we subscribe, then if we have to wait for the physical item we at least have the music which is the main thing.
