And Scholes played a great game, he was free the whole time and gave United some rest (Good English?) when they needed it. I really enjoyed seeing City loose but I still think they are better than United
and that they are going to be the champions in the end.
The only goal for them now would be the league. For United the goal is league, FA Cup and Europa League. Alex Ferguson needs to admit that he needs to spend money in January though, if we strengthened our midfield, then it'll go all the way.
The Kompany red card, probably wasn't red. From his perspective anyway, from the view behind Nani, it looked reckless. In the heat of bitter rivalry, you won't catch me standing up for him though. Paved the way for a really enjoyable first half
