Hard to disagree there. I never saw Lev Yashin or Bobby Moore. I could include Schmeichel instead of Yashin and Baresi for Moore. Other than that, it's pretty solid, don't you think?
It is, but Cafu, Maldini, Zidane and Messi are the only ones which I have see ''live'' that always makes it hard to say if these eleven are the best of all time.

Besides that, opinion comes in The best is something else than my favorite 11. C Ronaldo should be in the best 11 I have seen play, but in my favorite 11 he won't be seen.

And tonight; I didn't expect much from last night, it proved me wrong; great game. I expect much from tonights match, Barca is in great shape while Bayern played unbelievable strong in the first half against Porto. I do expect Barca to get to the final, Bayern misses their key player; Robben and also Alaba and Ribery won't make it. In the end I guess the individual qualities of Neymar, Suarez and Messi will make the difference.
  2. My dream team...

    Kahn
Bobby Moore / Maldini / Guardiola / Beckenbauer
Redondo (or Cambiasso) / Zidane / Cruyff
Di Stéfano / Messi / Maradona
  3. Mine, based off players from my lifetime (not as biased as Ronnie's team ):

    Peter Schmeichel
Roberto Carlos, Fabio Cannavaro, Jaap Stam, Cafu
Ryan Giggs, Zinedine Zidane, Roy Keane, Cristiano Ronaldo
    Lionel Messi, Ronaldo

Pace, power, and a little flair. Also, a team of captains I believe...
  4. I'm going 3-1 to Barcelona tonight.
  5. I was about to put Roberto Carlos in there (I adored him when I was a child), but I opted for older players
  6. less biased then hehe

    Zenga
    Brehme Baresi Krol Maldini
    Matthaus Platini
    Crujiff Maradona Baggio
    Van Basten

no Brasilian but you can put together a top team just fishing from Brazil from midfield ('82) ahead

I tell you this: I think that the legends from the romantic era (Di Stefano, Pele, etc.) didn't have this incredibly tough competition. The game became incredibly physical nowadays, who knows how well these players would do today, don't you agree?

Like what he did in his last match is joke ...he was awesome and when i saw some videos from him now i think i didn t enjoy that moment so much becasue maybe in that moment were a lot of big players

You are crazy ...I like Zidane a lot , but he only won 15 titlles and Messi 23 and he is just 27 , he will play at least 8 years more and i think maybe he will win some more tittles

THAT is what the "best player" award should be all about in my opinion, not about who scores 50000 goals in a season.

That fit with Messi too. It would be a lot of work to search and know it but sure Messi assist a lot to his team like Zidane did .( and where is impossible to discuss is about taste , you like one and others like other )
Messi is so awesome that he scored a lot and he makes the others teammates playing a lot and assits to goal a lot
