Here's hoping he'll keep playing those songs for a long time to come.
I've been listening to the 1992 Utrecht show - a good one. It's funny how the crowd keeps requesting Hunger Strike - EV eventually gives in a does an a cappella version of part of the song.
Stuck in Lauderdale Airport...flight delayed, weather in NY is very bad....time to bust out the Mac,and the iPod....listening to Hamilton,Ottawa and Halifax Matt since Friday...I downloaded these 3 gigs to the iPod before I left....these shows are really great....played them nonstop as I hung on the beach with my wife....I will review Montreal tomorrow Matt..that is,if my flight ever leaves from Lauderdale..lol
I attended 2 Met games in Miami (sat and sun).the new stadium in Downtown Miami is beautiful, and has a roof, which is good, since the weather here in Florida is always changing......the sunday game the Mets lost ,on a walk off GRAND
SLAM !!!!....lol..can make it up....too bad EV hurt his arm....he would have most deff been on the waves this weekend, water was very rough...
Right now, we’re in the middle of it. We’ve got eleven or twelve songs in their infant stages. We’re working on making them a little bit tighter and making them the best they can possibly be. We’re all doing our different things this year. Matt is doing some touring with Soundgarden. Ed is doing some of his solo touring. Stone’s doing BRAD, and I’m doing a little Flight to Mars. It’s not going to be out this year. We’re about halfway done, so it’ll probably be out next year.
Backspacer was a masterpiece. It’s exciting to hear what you do next.
I think you’ll be excited about this. It’s moving to a progression. It’s different. I’m pretty stoked about this record.
