1. Stub hub is legit Matt....I used them for Mets tix and DMB tix for a Citi Field concert in 2010

If the ticket is bogus they will take care of you

I thought you were going solo. ?

The reason tix are so much is because PJ are only play 2 frigging shows all summer , they created this hype for the gigs.....

Hartford is actually 150 miles from NYC and it was well worth it ,as I had pit tix with the wife....

Go to that show if you can swing it....
  2. I went back as far as a page and didn't see this, so I'll share:

New Pearl Jam single to be released on July 16.

EDIT: Of course I go back two pages and there it is, plastered all over the place. Don't mind me.

My brother-in-law (wife's brother) is willing to go with me - he went to school in London so he knows the area much better than me.

I'm simply watching the prices of the tickets slowly decrease in value - the cheapest ones were over $300 a few months ago. They are at about $230 right now. I'm hoping they'll go down a bit more over the next two weeks - I suppose I shouldn't wait too long, however.
  4. pearljam.com unavailable?
  5. pre-sale is running then hehehe

anyway one second it works second after doesn't
  6. not the best footage .. nevertheless ...
    13 years ...

  7. Is $250 too much for a PJ ticket (bad seats, too)? I have to double that since I'm planning to take my brother-in-law to the show for his 30th b-day.
  8. $250 for just one ticket? Or two?
  9. EACH!!!!!

My rationale for considering this price is two-fold:
    i) I paid about the same amount for great arena seats for one of the 360 tour shows back in 2009 (mind you I didn't pay for the second ticket)
ii) Over the past two years I've probably listened to ten times more PJ than all other bands combined.

I've spend more money on less (fun). I just don't to jump the gun on stubhub tickets.

  10. If you want to go..then go....if money isn't an issue of course...if it is, then do not do it...

I would pay a little more for better seats...I paid $350 a ticket to see Andrea Bocelli in NJ last week. Thats cost..from Ticketmaster...seats on the side of the stage..in the Orch it was $500 a ticket. I love his music..so I bought the tix, without hesitation, when they went on sale months ago.

He is playing again, this time in Brooklyn this December..my lovely wife wants to go again, so I bought tickets..$700 side of the stage once again..thats from ticketmaster ..regular price.....

Bottom line..if you want to go....go....but I bet right after their 2 shows..they will announce a fall tour....I hear its gonig to happen
  11. Man, 250 bucks for a bad seat is awful, unless it's a bad seat in your garden and the band are playing a private show or something
  12. 250 for a bad seat doesnt sound good to me..but its the hype..cause PJ are only playing 2 shows all summer.....its false hype..its bullshit IMO.
