I was shocked by the sound when I heard it for the first time....

Might be, I just don't see the point of it.

it's apparently the thing to do, however, I Will Follow from the EP has a kind of condensed sound, the bass is really up front and Edge is almost in the background

As edited in above post: Money...
Does it matter if it sound better? Everyone thinks so, so people WILL buy it....
Include a crappy bonus cd and you are millions richer....

True...I would have been satisfied with just Red Rocks on DVD somewhere in 2009, together with a new 2009 Tour DVD. Why releasing all this weeks before the new album will come? Not that I won't buy it of course...I'm glad it's been put on DVD.
  7. i hope the cd has the full version of Electric Co. on it.
this cd defently needed a remaster

the original is weak. Won't be much work needed to improve it

wouldn't think so, like I said, IWF is the weakest IMO
  11. In regards to I Fall Down, maybe something went wrong during the taping of the song. I certainly can't find it on YouTube. At any rate... Red Rocks... WOOO! So frakking awesome!

not necessarily .... look at the sales of the 3 remasters. I read somewhere that none of the 3 remasters sold more than 2,000 units in the UK.
