Also, the Vertigo version of "The Electric Co." is the best they've ever done of that song. End of story.

vertigo version as a whole? or the Chicago version?

so you lost your own argument lol

Nope - not lost. I went to pre-order today - the DVD / CD package is actually cheaper than the DVD or CD on their own (about $20 cheaper).

Because I know even though I'll argue it now, when I see it I'll buy it.

Where did you pre-order it? Something must have gone wrong there.
Amazon.com lists the package with 30 US$, the DVD and the CD 14$ each. Although that seems incredibely cheap to me. Prices in Germany are double...
  4. The Muses in Adelaide here - put a deposit down and going from there on. September 24 is the scheduled release date according to the book. I said to the girl I'd heard about it through U2.com, and she wasn't aware of it, so she checked the upcoming releases and dates, lo and behold, there it was.

I put $10 on it (as I do for a lot of orders) and I don't have much more to pay come September...so it's booked, and I'll have it on the day of release.

She said hardly any pre-orders went on Boy / October / War, though because they have about ten copies of those left each!

Vertigo version as a whole. 20 years of musical growth made the early songs sound better than ever.

The band goes nuts in Chicago during that song - it was one of the highlights.

Zavvi (formerly Virgin) were doing them when you bought the deluxe editions. The box alone is going for 50 quid. Wished i'd got a second. I did get the badge set free though which was ok
