1. I've got some problems with Zagreb pre-sale procedure and I need your help!

    Just when I finalize my order for 4GA's tickets for Zagreb, Ouroboros Payment Gateway get me an ERROR 502 (transaction not approved) message and ask me to try again later...

    Immediately after that my bank send me SMS with transaction approve for 2055 HRK (4 GA tickets + delivery). Another five minutes later I receive a e-mail from Ouroboros Payment Gateway with subject 'Online transaction approved'. But I still waiting for some confirmation e-mail from Ticketpro...

    So, I believe I made successful order even that bloody ERROR 502 message.
    I'm sure about transaction - my bank says 'Yes', ticketpro bank says 'Yes', but I'm still not sure about tickets!!

    How do you think? What happen with your order, do you have the same problems? I'm a little bit nervous you know...
  2. Zagreb general sale time changed


    Just a heads-up for those of you planning to buy tickets for the Zagreb concert on 10 August 2009: the time of the general sale has been changed. It was initially fixed at 9am local time on Friday the 27th of March. It will still take place on the 27th, but Ticketpro now state that online sales begin at 00:01, i.e. a minute after midnight. So be prepared to buy tickets nine hours earlier than previously expected!


    On the Zaghreb troubles, don't you have a telephone number to get information?

    Sounds like you're fine. You'd have a very good argument (bank statement etc) if they tried to claim you hadn't paid for tickets.

    Seems there's a few issues for Zagreb


  4. I got 4 tix for 1000 KN to my basket. I went to pay for it and they couldn't accept the payment even though I tried like 10 credit cards. I tried to get 750 KN tix and when I went to pay for them, the page would not work. So I tried it with 250 KN tix and it's the same story as with the 750 KN tix. One hour ago the page said the 1000 KN tix were sold out, but half an hour later I managed to get them to my basket. When I was going to pay for them, the page would not work again. Now my profile says I have 6 orders 'Ready to pay', but I can't get to pay for any of them. What's worse, I can't cancel them either

    Sounds like you need to contact their service desk

    Similar issue to the guy above it sounds like. I would do as Remy suggests. And stop adding orders, otherwise you're gonna end up with a shitload of tickets and a monster credit card bill
