  3. Ultra Violet made the entire show for me. (Well all of U2 did but Ultra Violet is just epic.)

  6. in the early days of SNL musical acts played three or four segments. instead we get what i am sure is a wonderful performance of "ultraviolet" complete with light suit and wheel mic, with the credits rolling over it and cut short. shame on SNL and NBC.


  8. ummm I don't think it's that surprising at all...
    they're on a strict schedule, not to mention the fact that most bands don't even get the opportunity to play off the show.
    also, when coldplay did it, they got cut off after 5 seconds, so we should count ourselves lucky we got most of the song.

    Started watching late, did they play in the first 30 mins of the show!!??
    Skits are pretty crappy!!!

    Yea, we know, but it's U2. We are bias. All other programming and schedules should be disregarded.

    They got cut-off the last time they played SNL. I wonder if they played any other songs after UV.
