    Did you see the dumbass headline on the paper today? "He said, she said" - WTF? They're making a joke out of something potentially damaging. But then what can one expect from the fuckwits at the Crapvertiser?

    This is exactly why I got rid of my TV and stopped reading the paper or using it as kitty litter.

  9. You guys hear about the Navy Seals being Court-martialed? I for one think its bull shit. Apparently, orriginally the DOD just wanted to give them each a black mark on there records, but they demanded the full court-martial. The sad truth of the matter, is that no matter how you look at it, over 70% of the stuff that the spec-ops guys do is border-line illegial. Why do we maintain them, if where going to fuck them over? We need people to do the things we cant be connected too. Read Lone Survivor by Marcus Luttrell. It has everything you'll ever need to know about SEAL ops in Iraq, and Afghanistan.
  10. I dont know anything about the story. But a court-martial doesnt mean they are guilty? I thought sueing each other in America is a tradition. That is the image we get here.

    If they did things on the edge of the law, its only good its investigated. The law is not to be ignored by anyone. No exceptions. If there are exception it is hypocritical to enforce the laws.

    If they did what they supposed to do they wont be found guilty and everyone's happy

    Thats the thing. A good percentage of the things Navy SEALs do are against the law. Thats why they exist. The case in question, is a confirmed terrorist, belived to have been responsible for the deaths of at least four American citizens said one of them punched him. Evidently he didn't, or is confidant in his abilitys to convince a jurry, or they would have just taken the black marks on there records. Also, the chain of custody, is milidly fucked up. Finally, dont think those terrorist dont know how to manipulate the media.
  12. I thought Obamas speech on his Afghan strategy sucked. Hes trying to have it both ways. All thats going to do, is piss of twice as many people. Also, way to tell the enemy our plans.

    Unrelated: The other day, it occured to me. Rules of way are kinda pointless. At the end of the day war is one 19 year old kid, trying to kill another 19 year old kid, and it dont get more fucked up than that.
