1. Hope you're right friend

And I think that U2 is doing a lot of different stuff, so they can't focus on one thing, like this record...

  2. I have to ask though. Is it that hard to stick eight songs on a record, do a quick bit of photography for 15 minutes, write some lyrics, mix it and put it out as an EP? Albums shouldn't take too long - the longer the worse they become. Some come out alright but others are just terrible - just record a few new songs, stick 'em on and put it out.

  3. i will dream about this tonight, unfortunatly i will wake up
but it wud be cool if this happened.

  4. That'd be awesome, but will they be able to pull out an album at the end of this year, right after the tour? They'd better do it, if they don't want to miss the Christmas sales, but we I fear they'll prefer to polish each song to death instead...

    Our boys are lazy fucks.

  6. Indeed! C'mon lads, it takes you 5 years to pull out 11 songs, but think of what Mozart and Beethoven have been able to write in the same time span. Or just think of the Beatles: their entire catalogue was almost produced between 1964 and 1969. Lazy fucks, yeah
  7. I think they should do a Led Zeppelin thing. 4 albums in 2 years. Led Zeppelin I and Presence were created in 15 and 17 days respectively.

This is U2 we're talking about. No chance of something like that happening.

  9. It took 17 days to get the sample for Cedars Of Lebanon together, didn't it?

  10. No idea, but one swallow doesn't make a summer, neither does one song make an album It takes U2 ages to complete something.
