Amazing how far lobbiest from the entertainment industries can come with a big pile of money, even more amazing when you consider they are losing money by the second.

In the end the Acta treaty will just be a cover for a Chinese Firewall. Only we are brave, decent, modern and civilised Are we? Or are we just full of it?

Whats the Acta treaty? I'm kinda lost.

No own knows exactly what it is, but experts are afraid that internet filters will be used to examine every packet of data (Deep Packet Inspection) to determine if you are downloading legal content or not.

Then they know where to find us, hardcore u2 fans against the government. They'll know every popup you might get, every mail you may receive. Of course we will hear that good people have nothing to hide.

Later they will say that extra inspection is handy against pirates or other men who mostly have long white beards.

Also it was not easy with all the planes not flying Do you think that our hard working politicians would take the train ?

That happened in Georgia, this time there was no order for the pilot to land when the plane crashed. As a leader, he was someone at least every person who's a right-winger and conservative should deeply respect. Apparently, the EU leaders think that, together with the Czech President Václav Klaus, he was just an old-fashioned prick who doesn't need to be taken serious. Like, who the heck gives a damn about the independence and freedom of your country?! We're all united here.

That's it. They should have got their lazy asses there on trains or cars. They can't pretend there are no highways. They had a chance to prove that when they say we're a team here, they really mean it. They kind of didn't bother to.

To hell with them I say.

So, were going to become some kind of sleeper cell of U2 net pirates?
  6. Still similar situation in Georgia and he made a whole deal about a pilot refusing to take orders. I'm sure he got what he wished for, a pigheaded pilot who knew he had to land one way or the other.

Not saying he was a bad leader for Poland, but many people died in the crash and he is partly responsible by undermining the authority of pilots in a plane.

And yes, at least Merkel could've come to the funeral, she's a neighbour

  7. Bad thing is that every wannabe criminal can encrypt everything they do using algorithms the NSA cant crack.

Acta is just for criminalising the average people.

We may have to find a way to disguise this site as something else? Anyone on here good at encrypting stuff?
  9. Funny fact I didn't know about few days ago, until I saw "Capitalism: A Love Story" by Michael Moore.

Ronald Reagan was an actor : )))))))))))))

Common knowledge here in the states.

Edit: The more I think about it, the more I realize. Michael Moore is the left wing version of Glenn Beck.

Intrestingly, almost every person I've made the comparison too who isn't far-left/far-right has agreed.

  11. Encryption is easy though, have a look at TrueCrypt, PGP, etc. For internet Tor is a anonymous network. Although i have never used them i might in the future.

All modern encryption is based on pure math. It is always possible to hack, but there are so many variables it will take xxxx years on the fastest pc's available now.

Even Skype calls are heavily encrypted, although they must comply to tap request from your government. But foreign cops are cursing everytime they find out a criminal uses modern technology. There is just nothing they can do.

No need to worry about u2start though If things go wrong we'll build our island to host it on, while we are busy we will also build the U2Start Arena
