  5. I hope they continue playing UV for the 2nd show for the rest of the Australian leg - since I'm going to Sydney 2.

I'd prefer a hit as much as anyone in a live show given the band can play a hit well, but anything new or even a deepish cut such as Your Blue Room or I Threw A Brick would go down well with me. The general thing is as long as it's played well and gives you that feeling, you know the one where it gives you shivers down your spine, is the thing.

    The thing is it doesn't so much matter what they play as long as they play it WELL.

    That's not true for a few songs on their setlist - for example TUF which is murdered each and every night - why play it if Bono can't sing it? It doesn't please either proper fans who'd appreciate the song and definitely not the casuals who'd be thing "WTF is this".

    With UV at least they perform it well - HMTMKMKM not so much - it's not a song you can get away with doing half assed either.

    Some of the recent version of UV have been murdered too. Strange how that can happen in just a year, some of 2009's performances were mind blowing.

    As for HMTMKMKM, I don't see in that video Bono singing the lyrics that wrong. If LikeASong is talking about the chorus, well, Bono has sung it that way since the Popmart tour. Always "it takes a crowd to cry" as the second line in the chorus
