1. ...along with "Live on Two Legs" and about 20 additional tracks I recently purchased from itunes. I made it into a three-disc, live compiliation using Nero - the tracks flow nicely together.

If there's interest, I'd share but I'm not too sure how I can do so "legally" as it is all official material.
  2. The Like, 'Release Me' (2010)

Not gonna lie, I love this album a whole lot. It's pure 60s girl-group with gorgeous harmonies about no-good boys, love, friends and all those retro fantasies.

you can post the tracklist at least, don't you?

listening to Barcelona 2000 official bootleg right now

  4. I will later...it's on my (second-generation) ipod shuffle right now so:

    1. I can't see the track listing
    2. Each "disc" was made as a single track so there's no skip between each track - this tends to happen on a lot of mp3 players - very annoying for live music. I can easily separate the tracks, however.

What I can tell you is that I have:
    - 10/11 tracks from Ten (no Deep)
    - 11/12 tracks from Vs. (no WMA, but it is "snippeted" at the end of Daughter)
    - 10 tracks from Vitalogy (none of the weird ones, like Bugs)
    - only 3 from No Code (In My Tree, Hail Hail, and Off He Goes), probably should have more from this album. They screw up the only version of Sometimes could find so I didn't use it.
    - 7 tracks from Yield (love that album)
    - 3 from Binaural
    - 2 from Riot Act
    - 2 from "Avocado"
    - just The FIxer from Backspacer
    - non-album tracks include (Breathe, State of Love and Trust, I Got Id/Shit, Crazy Mary, and, of course, Yellow Ledbetter.

For whatever reason, I've stayed away from a lot of the "second-decade" stuff - I suppose it has less meaning to me (although I think it's good music) - as well as all the live covers they do. Maybe I'll do a fourth disc some day.

well the 90's has surely much more appeal .. it seems i'm talking about another well known band
anyway some others from the 00's would deserve to be there, especially from Riot act and some more from Backspacer (just breathe?). maybe only one from the Avocado (Life wasted), i can't get into that album.
    a 4th cd is worth

I'll move to the pEarl Jam topic.
  7. I don't think I've recced this one yet and it's bloody brilliant.

    Cake, 'Showroom of Compassion' (2011).

I love these guys. It's fun and rocking and a little bit 90s in a good way.

  8. skipping a couple of songs
