Why so much dislike for Vertigo Tour?

But it's probably the worst Streets, but it's still excellent And well, some 360 and Popmart performances were pretty bad too...

I actually prefer the Popmart performances to the Vertigo ones. 360 didn't have many poor Streets if I'm honest...

I've heard some where Bono sang as little as possible, those were pretty bad I think.

Popmart Streets was solid - not as good as ZooTv or Elevation - but still very good.

Here's a comparision:

When you watch the Sydney '93 DVD, you get this four-song run:
Bullet The Blue Sky
Running To Stand Still
Where The Streets Have No Name
Pride

When you wtach the Chicago '05 DVD, you get an almost identical four-song run:
Bullet The Blue Sky
Running To Stand Still
Pride
Where The Streets Have No Name

Which is better? It's no contest for me.

I'll compare:

Bullet the Blue Sky was so much better on ZooTV as it sounded really powerful. The version on Vertigo Tour sounded pretty dead to me, just simply boring.
Running to Stand Still - mostly everyone's favourite version of that song is from ZooTV. I'll admit that the Vertigo Tour version wasn't bad at all, I quite liked it.
Pride - It was absoutely shocking on Vertigo Tour, sounded alright on ZooTV.
Streets - We've already discussed this. Vertigo Tour had the worst version of the song ever, the ZooTV version is sublime. That segue coming in from Running to Stand Still is just superb.

They played many Songs!

Vertigo Pride was good I think, Bono carried the chorus well, that's one thing he struggled with on ZooTV.
