But i',m definitely down for some ASOH, Drowning Man, GONE, and Mofo! Swap those out for regulars like Pride, SBS, and NYD and we're good to go

Rotate the war-horses. NYD/Pride/SBS/Still Havent Found are all great songs and I wouldn't mind seeing them in setlists, honestly - just not taking up 4 or 5 slots every single night. Those are such easy songs! They know them like the backs of their hands. Rotate them!

yep, exactly. We don't need another version of WOWY, play it rarely so it can sound "more special" if that makes sense.

Do you guys think Bullet will return? I'd be down I think it's had a long enough rest LOL
  3. ^Like many of the other songs, I'd love to hear BTBS - just not every night. (Not that I'd be attending a show every night.)
  4. Would love to see When I Look at The World, but I feel like it won't happen since it didn't on the Elevation tour...

Realistically: the returns of Gone/Last Night (switched off every night), and In God's Country/ASOH could possibly happen.
  5. I think once we get the album we'll be able to see what would work in context. I hope they continue doing 6/7 songs from the album.

What warhorses do you guys still want them to play? I think the only one for sure for me is Streets and One to be honest... no more of this Pride//SBS/WOWY being played every night I hope.
  6. along with Vertigo, COBL, Beautiful Day and Boots... I don't see them dropping those ever.
  7. First off I'll say I think it's too hard to tell until we hear the new material. If the album catches fire the material on tour is going to match what the sound of the album is, that's inevitable. I think I predicted the same songs as you Matt, I remember predicting UF and UV for sure, which is funny how those songs actually came around.

That being said, I think we're going to hear some more War tunes, some more Rattle and Hum tunes, and hopefully some Pop tunes. Two Hearts can be strung into a dance tune (let's twist again?) and there are definitely a few on Rattle and Hum that are overdue for performance after not being played for so long that could be quiet songs (like the Hawkmoon idea, would like to see Heartland even more but I don't see that happening).

If this next album is more dance-oriented and exciting sounding like I think it's going to be it'd only be logical to bring back Pop. They've avoided it for way too long now and I don't think they should be afraid to play some of those songs, especially if they're willing to play a song like Your Blue Room. Bring out Last Night On Earth, Gone, Mofo and Discotheque. Maybe even God Will Send as an acoustic song (that'd be awesome).
  8. On any given night, they should choose two from IWF, SBS, NYD, and Pride, two from MWays, The Fly, UTEOTW, and EBTTRT, alternate between ISHFWILF and WOWY, Elevation and Vertigo, BDay and Walk On, and always play One and Streets.

    Drop Boots.

This is a good idea. Personally I want to see ASOH and more Pop songs
  10. Of course...there could be some rotation between ASOH, UF, and Bad. Some Pop rotation, rotate Lemon and Zooropa, UV and Zoo Station, Stay and AIWIY, ...
  11. I'm surprised some of you think they'll play Lemon. I don't think Lemon can be a thing without Macphisto, and more importantly I don't think Bono could sing it anymore.
