  1. There are some really good songs on Ghost Stories (Midnight, Magic, Always In My Head) and some interesting music in general. I can't say it's bad, just - it' isn't exciting at all.

    Huh, I didn't count on the trip and the immense distances in Australia, sorry I heartfully support YOLOs but I leave it up to you, I'm almost sure I woulnd't do it if they were playing, let's say Barcelona (650 kms away from here).

  3. It doens't have an interesting song IMO. I'm sure some of them will grown on me, but for the moment, it's less interesting than the pair of flies that are wandering arond my living room this evening.
  4. I still say Midnight is super interesting. To me it was almost like a The Fly moment and saying "where the hell are they going?" but then the rest of the album wasn't Achtung Baby in terms of experimentation.

    Not really. Bon Iver has been doing songs like this for years.




  7. For Coldplay to do it was interesting. Bon Iver to me is meh, especially when he makes all of music like that, it all ends up sounding similar. I wasn't expecting an entire album of songs that sound like THAT, but just with a lot more sonic experimentation from Coldplay's end. They also really need to get back to being able to hear all of the members. Is Will Champion even on this album? Derp.
  8. Been listening to this album all weekend . I love the visual stream iTunes has up.

    I think this album is fantastic. Its moody and blue , very very moving IMO .

    I just watched the special on NBC . Loved it . The whole albums flows so well .

    Cant believe so many on here are ripping this . I thought Milo was awful and so pop . This is so good .

    Cant wait for the tour .
  9. I didn't like Magic when I first heard it many weeks ago . It does grow on you though . The thing I didn't
    like about Magic is Will's drums , or lack of drums . Sounds like a drum machine . Same thing with U2s Invisible . Larry and Will on a drum machine don't mix .

    IMO..... Ghost Stories is brilliant .
  10. Even though I've heard the album twice on the iTunes stream and can easily torrent the album, I'm definitely going to Target on Tuesday to buy the album that most of you are hating on #hatersgonhate
  11. And I'm watching the Ghost Stories TV special right now, it sounds/looks SO GOOD. Highly recommend watching it y'all. Most of the songs don't sound radically different though so if you don't like the album the TV set won't sway you to like it I think.
