  1. It's January, and the concert is not until July. Things can happen in 6 months that results in ticket holders/ purchasers being unable to go.

    I'm still backing targeting them by the ticket numbers produced online with a temporary banning order.
  2. It is all just a problem of more demand than supply.
    If the shows would not sell out, we would not be discussing this now. Then you could buy tickets under face value on secondary/black markets

    That is easy to solve if Ticketmaster would take the tickets back and resell them.

  7. One thing I learned from going to shows for the past 30 years:
    No concert is sold out. There's always somebody unable to go, and there is always a secondary market with tickets sold for face value or even less - with very few exceptions. Here's what I paid for tickets in the past:

    U2 Zoo TV Köln 1993: 15 Deutsche Mark (€ 7,50)
    U2 Popmart Rotterdam 1997 (about 40 Euro for two tix)
    U2 Popmart Köln 1997: about 15 Euros
    Popmart Hannover: 25 Euros
    U2 Vertigo Gelsenkirchen: 30 Euros
    U2 München 2010: 15 Euros
    Sting and Paul Simon Köln 2015 (?): 20 Euros

    Of course, in Dublin in 1993 I paid face falue x 2 - but that was my own fault. And yes, I often paid face value
    For stadiums, I never worry about getting tickets. I would never buy from stubhub or other secondary markets...

    To sum up: Don't panic! There will also be a lot of tickets being released via Ticketmaster or others over the next months, return from travel agencies etc...

    Sure thing, there is always people not going.
    And certainly not for German shows, to add to your listing: Vertigo Berlin was also 30 Euros.

  11. Kinda strange there's only 1 day between Rome & Barcelona and Amsterdam & Brussels now.

    Always mean you can't buy tickets as a gift to someone, or give to a friend in any capacity.
