95 and over for most shows.
Maybe there'll be a decent percentage of "5-10 show folks" at the Dublin shows, but that's probably it.

That was a fascinating read, thank you!
Sigh...I'm coming to terms with their reasons for leaving out Streets. I still don't agree with it, but I respect it at least. Seems like they're pretty set on keeping things that way given how long the tour has gone without any JT so far, but I guess they haven't completely ruled them out. I also really hope they tey Landlady and Showman at some point as well.
I feel like I'll be more able to enjoy the show for what it is now, which does look pretty darn good for the most part. I guess there's always a chance for some JT further down the line but I think I'll go fully dark on the setlist front now to hopefully forget about all my ramblings

I hope you do, too. It's sometimes tough to enjoy when you're already going in expecting to not enjoy it.
Unfortunately a "better" setlist is in the eye of the beholder. My better setlist is probably completely different from yours. We're never gonna get our perfect setlist. And while yes, I'd always love to see something from my personal setlist in there, it didn't put a damper on this show at all... even the vertigo/elevation portion was great for me... and thats usually when i hit the beer line.
we can argue until the cows come home. wu2 is not pearl jam. they will never be. they don't just put on a show, they put on a spectacle. been that way since 1992, so it's not a huge surprise. The technology is a huge part of the show and it is what it is... I truly hope you try and let accept it and let loose and enjoy yourself, because if you go in just ready to rock and party with U2, you're gonna have an awesome time.
And P.S.- Trust me, this shit works live and in person. If it doesn't for you, sell your tickets to your 2nd show...

I’m genuinely excited for my upcoming shows honestly. I don’t want my criticism to make it seem like I’m not. And by better setlist I’m not really saying like a dream set. I’m saying within what has been played, rehearsed and other tracks on SOE.

And what about regained innocence?
This as far as the show/production goes content wise

I Will Follow / Gloria was the epitome of innocence for me. Especially being there with one of my best mates I've known since those records came out, and how they changed and were a huge part of the paths we chose and who we became... UTEOTW was a perfect close to innocence... Bringing MacPhisto back was a touch of genius not only for the experience factor, but the times we're in - "it's when you don't believe I exist that I do my best work". Wow. Only thing that could have fit that better would have been "the worst things in this world are justified by belief"... and then fast forward to 13. Man. I didnt think it worked all the nights listening in... and then being there? There's nothing else that could nail the return of innocence like that. Mission accomplished...
And, can we talk about the Women of the World/One segment? I'm still blown away.
