What songs do you all think will stick around after this tour??
Not my preference but my prediction is that from SOI and SOE only EBW has a chance of showing up in the future. I do think little things is slightly more likely than most of SOE perhaps with the exception of Love is bigger but I really don’t expect these albums to have much representation after this tour.

imo Song for someone, EBW, Little Things, American Soul & Love is bigger are all strong possibilities for a future tour.

Going from IE to EI, makes no sense to me to have that block of songs (IWF to UTEOTW) in the same section of the show, let alone play them again this time around.
Oh I know, I just meant on the DVD. Don't have a bootleg copy of it. Glad we agree on that btw.

Indeed. I just wish U2 would release a remastered version of it. The audio and video are a little...lofi.
  4. Adam's new jacket from Pride onward feels like a setlist change ? finally something new
  5. If there is another one

    To me:

    I Will Follow
    Gloria
    Beautiful Day
    The Ocean
    Iris (Hold Me Close)
    Cedarwood Road
    Sunday Bloody Sunday
Until The End Of The World
(Intermission - Hold Me, Thrill Me, Kiss Me, Kill Me)
    Elevation
    Vertigo

This whole section needed to be completely cut from the show, and something more interesting/more "experience" themed should've gone in. The show shouldn't have had a mini "early days" set, and it shouldn't have had that SoI mini-set with the same visuals, and Elevation and Vertigo either needed to be changed to something different (remix?) or just taken out. At least Elevation got the cool intro again, that's something.

But this is sort of the core of the issue of the show to me. Imagine if instead, it went:

Love Is All We Have Left
    The Blackout
    Lights of Home
    Zoo Station
    The Fly
    Wild Horses
    Book of Your Heart
    Crystal Ballroom
    Little Things
    Last Night on Earth
    Gone
    Please
    Love and Peace
    Get On Your Boots/Breathe

Instead? Maybe unrealistic, but IMO would've made for a much better "part 2" of the whole Innocence and Experience campaign.

    pipe dream unfortunately

I hear you. A sequence including three Pop songs in a row like that would be gold.

I think a more realistic way of fixing that part of the show would be to substitute in other SOI songs instead of Iris and Cedarwood. I know that those visuals and that part of the story mean a lot to them, but they could have still honored the "Innocence" portion of E&I by playing SOI songs that weren't already played at every I&E show. You mentioned Crystal Ballroom - what if they threw in California or The Troubles? Or full band EBW?
  8. With Stay, Unforgettable Fire and Land Lady being rehearsed where would they fit in the current set list?

Stay - replaces Best Thing? The Ocean?
    UF - replaces Cedarwood?
LL - replaces Best Thing? Iris?
  9. Iris
    Tuf
    Landlady
    Stay
Until the end of the world

    Thats most likely, me thinks....

Would certainly be better than what they're doing now.

I thought Volcano - American Soul was a guaranteed thing.
Yeah. I wasn't really saying it as a "this is what I want", more "this is what they should have done to make it a better "part 2" of the show we saw two years ago", you know?
  11. Super excited to see if these rehearsed songs make it into the set. Maybe they finally wanna tweek/change it up a bit. Also, how the hell does an IEM from a rehearsal get leaked?
