Might be Berlin only though perhaps with a performance thrown in at one of the Dublin shows as a sort of trial run and for extra footage. Hope I’m wrong though and it appears this Tuesday or Wednesday.
From what I heard yesterdays rehearsal was very early stages, unlikely ready so soon.
  2. Cheers for that confirmation, I was pretty sure that might be the case anyway so wasn’t going to get my hopes up too high, not that there isn’t already enough to get excited about. I’d still be getting excited about hearing the song if I was going to Berlin though.
  3. Was it full band?
  4. The hell are they playing at throwing curveballs like this so late into a tour? Madness I tell ye.
  5. Holy freaking shit.
Wild Horses, Acrobat, The Fly, Zoo Station, Stay AND Dirty Day in a same concert?

Please make it happen for the next concerts and not just Berlin
  6. Makes you wonder what they might have in mind.

Sorry, but I also disagree: Actually I do miss the "real" SOE tour setlist with its narrative. Even though it is always nice to hear "Stay" or "Horses" again (for many fans maybe their first time), for me the difference to their former glory is striking. Take "Zoo Station" for example, where the music may be similar as it was, but the performance can't be and in a sad way also isn't. Take "The Fly" ...
For me the perfect solution would have been to maintain the old setlist, change the slot #4 rotational (but please not with ABOY, which is an unnecessary downer...), more rotation in the acoustic section and enlarge the setlist after the "Blinding Lights" slot with a rotational "Horses", "Stay", "Bad" or whatever on a night to night basis. The perfect main set close would (still!) be "The Little Things" – very emotional and a great ending, then the encore, maybe with "Landlady" in addition.

I'm listening again to the "narrative" concert I went to and for the most part I still love it. Got to hear the debut of "Red Flag Day"--that was a thrill. What would have made it better? The inclusion of "Summer of Love" (that was my second choice for a debut) and, as you pointed out, "The Little Things." That being said, I certainly am enjoying hearing the European concerts!
