Yep, but god created the nature, the universe, didn't he? So natural disasters are part of his creation...

No, they're part of reaction on man's action over God's creation.

scientists can tell what happened from a billionth of a second after the bang but nothing from before it.

May CERN will give us some answers

One of many theories put forward to explain why we're here - we're never going to know for certain, because even if someone did land of the true explanation, someone would shout it down because their idea was better.

    a) ah, Science lol - theories with supposedly empirical evidence to support it, whereas religion is arguably theories without anything genuinely empirical to support it. The similarity? Both require a lot of faith to believe it
    b) What's CERN?

That's why I asked what religious people think about biological evolution.

I'm actually curious about Ariees or MWSAH's answer, since they stated that the Bible is entirely right.

they invented the internet. The worlds best physics scientists are all members of CERN. This summer, using the biggest apparatus ever they hope to explain the big band theory using particle accelerators

google Large Halidon Collider. It will blow your mind what man can do. They rival God. .

    If God exists, that is

What blows my mind more is that men can devise these incredible scientific inventions and theories, yet we can't just agree to get along without wanting to shoot each other

Or just twisted morals altogether - you don't have to have any religious beliefs etc. to have a twisted perception of the world and thus be an arsehole.

    1. If god is omniscient, omnipotent, and omnibenevolent, how is it possible that evil and suffering exists?

    2. How does biological Evolution get along with the Sacred Scriptures of the Abrahamic religions?

1... God allows people free will to do as they choose. Evil happens because people do things to cause the evil.

    2. If we all came from tadpoles why are there still tadpoles today?
