I hope the band thinks this way, if we dunt get the album this year i hope we get sum live previews.
  2. Chris Martin says Coldplay will release a new album by Christmas. Now come on U2, do it, release and let's see you can beat them.

Viva La Vida vs NLOTH.................. who woulda won that?
  4. I think we are gonna be surprised by U2, by suddenly popping up the new album. It's just a trick of them by giving varying information. All of a sudden SOA appears, just before the 'new' tour starts...
    Let's make a bet...

  5. so Britney, Lady Gaga and other poppy sh*t is better than U2 too?

I bet 5 uncirculating recordings against it.

In termes of sales and airplay? Yes.

  7. I like NLOTH better but the facts are that Coldplay's Viva La Vida sold better, won more awards... blah blah blah...

So if there was a NLOTH v. VLVida... Coldplay would have won - based on sales, airplay and critical acclaim.

None of that means that VLVida was a better album or not... just sayin' thems the facts

  8. Exactly what I wanted to say. U2 beats them easily with massive ticket sales though.
